    Analýza textů o Jeffu Wallovi. Průzkum vztahu mezi teoretickými texty, které o své práci napsal sám Wall a esejí, které o něm psali jiní. Hledání souvislostí nebo rozporů mezi texty. Zkoumání struktury hlavních témat diskutovaných v esejích o Wallovi a jeho vlastní textové reakce na tato témata. Wallovo postavení na umělecké scéně vyvozené z četby jeho esejí a textů o něm.

    How do photography and writing, two different medium have effects on each other? This thesis is based on this question The main idea of the thesis is to delineate the relation between poetry and photography. Several photographic works will be giving as examples and have analyses. It is divided into five chapters, first part is the introduction. Second chapter would be the background knowledge of the two mediums. Third chapter will be the case analyses of Japanese photographer-Masao Yamamoto. In the fourth chapter will be a discussion of photography examples which are influenced in a more metaphor way. Finally the fifth chapter is the conclusion of the thesis, to summarize how poetry and photography are interacted with each other in the history and creation.
  • Reflexe ekonomických krizí ve fotografii

    Diplomová práce se zabývá hlubším pohledem na fenomén ekonomických krizí v kontextu sociální fotografie. Jádrem práce je srovnání projektu FSA z 30. let 20.století a současných fotografických projektů zabývajících se současnou krizí. Kromě vybraných fotografů z FSA analyzuji přístup fotografické dvojice německých emigrantů Hansel Meith a Otto Hagela a německého autora Augusta Sandera k sociální problematice té doby .V druhé části se věnuji novým formám, které v dnešní době funkci sociální fotografie nahrazují. Dále popisuji tři vybrané soubory současných autorů, kteří reagují na současnou ekonomickou krizi tvaroslovím umělecké fotografie.
