| Abstract | Hlavním záměrem tohoto pojednání je pokus o objasnění vnitřního spojení mezi matematikou a hudbou pomocí identifikace některych matematických charakteristik v hudbě, zejmena v hudbě klavírní. Kromě toho bude dokázáno, že tyto spojitosti a podobnosti mezi oběma obory skutečně existují poukázáním na to, jak hudební skladatelé užívali matematiku nenápadnými i zcela otevřenými způsoby při tvorbě skladeb, které jsou přijemné a přetrvávají, protože mají soulad a strukturu. Kromě zkoumání základních matematických prvků s konkrétním vztahem nejem ke klavíru a klavírních děl, bude tato práce zkoumat taková témata, jako dějiny vztahů matematiky a hudby, matematiku v hudební kompozici, čiselnou symboliku, Fibonacciho posloupnost, zlatý řez, počítačovou kompozici a díla rozdílných stylů od skladatelů jako Bach, Mozart, Smetana, Debussy, Bartók, Hindemith, Schoenberg, Berg, Webern, Xenakis a jiných. |
| Translation of abstract | The prime intention of this paper is an attempt to illuminate the interconnectedness of Mathematics and Music through identifying in music, predominantly piano music, some mathematical characteristics. Furthermore, it will prove that there are these connections and similarities between the two disciplines by showing that composers used mathematics in subtle and unsubtle ways to create musical compositions that have unity and structure to be pleasing and to endure. As well as examining fundamental mathematical elements not only in relation to the piano and its works, the paper will investigate topics such as the History of Mathematics and Music, Mathematics in musical composition, Fibonacci series, Golden Section, computer composition, and works of diverse styles by composers such as Bach, Mozart, Debussy, Bartók, Hindemith, Schönberg, Berg, Webern, Xenakis and more. |
