| Abstract | Cieľom diplomovej práce je poukázať na prínos koučingu v choreografii pre prácu tvorcu diela – choreografa, ale aj sprostredkovateľa diela – tanečníka. Vzhľadom na absenciu odbornej literatúry na túto tému, hlavnými informačnými zdrojmi pri spracovaní témy boli: vlastná skúsenosť autorky práce, ktorá bola koučovaná v úlohe tvorcu diela (choreografa) a osobné rozhovory vedené s významnými svetovými osobnosťami aktívnymi v oblasti koučingu v choreografi. Aby sa cieľ diplomovej práce mohol dosiahnuť, bolo najskôr nevyhnutné čitateľovi pojem koučing vo všeobecnosti podrobne vysvetliť a odlíšiť ho od jeho spríbuznených metód. Na verejnosti a v literatúre sú totiž slová kouč, koučing, koučovaný frekventované, ale ich význam je častokrát zle chápaný a vysvetľovaný. Autorka si je vedomá, že pracovala na „poli neoranom“ a že naďalej ostáva ešte veľa priestoru a nezodpovedaných otázok pre prípadných ďalších záujemcov o spracovanie tejto témy. |
| Translation of abstract | The aim of the diploma thesis is to point out the contribution of coaching in choreography for the work of the creator - choreographer, but also the mediator - dancer. Due to the absence of professional literature on this topic, the main sources of information in processing the topic were: the author's own experience, which was coached in the role of creator (choreographer) and personal interviews conducted with important world figures active in coaching in choreography. In order to achieve the goal of the diploma thesis, it was first necessary for the reader to explain the concept of coaching in general in detail and to distinguish it from its related methods. In public and in the literature, the words coach, coaching, coachee are frequented, but their meaning is often misunderstood and misinterpreted. The author is aware that she has worked in the "unploughed field" and that there is still a lot of space and unanswered questions for those interested in working on this topic. |
