AbstractBakalárska práca Filozofia, ciele a vývoj metódy El Sistema pojednáva o danej metóde v teoretickej i praktickej rovine. V práci predstavujem a objasňujem princípy filozofie metódy El Sistema v Latinskej Amerike, zaoberám sa vnútornou a vonkajšou štruktúrou, výskumom a výsledkami aplikovania tejto metódy. Zamýšľam sa nad šírením metódy v Európe a poukazujem na možné nástrahy, či výzvy, ktoré so sebou v praktickej rovine prináša. Čerpám zo skúseností, ktoré som získala v Nadačnom fonde Harmonie, ktorý ako prvý svojho druhu v Českej republike začal vyučovať touto metódou.
Translation of abstractBachelor Thesis Philosophy, Objectives and Development of El Sistema Method deals with the given method in the theoretical and practical level. I present and explain the principles of the El Sistema method philosophy in Latin America, I deal with the internal and external structure, research and the application of this method. I am thinking about spreading the method in Europe and pointing out the possible pitfalls or challenges that it brings with it in practical terms. I draw on the experience I have gained in the Harmonie Endowment Fund, which began to teach this method as the first of its kind in the Czech Republic.
