| Abstract | Práce se v první části zabývá fenoménem epického divadla tak, jak tento termín chápe a rozvíjí ve svých textech Bertolt Brecht. Text se snaží zachytit podstatu toho, jak jednotlivé prvky a principy epického divadla ovlivňovaly vyznění divadelních produkcí a jakým způsobem se skrze ně proměňoval způsob divadelní narace. Práce se dotýká také toho, jak je skrze divadlo možné manipulovat s divákem. V druhé části text reflektuje dosavadní autorskou zkušenost Terezy Verecké a souborně se zabývá jejími dramatickými texty. Snaží se pojmenovat nešvary těchto textů i úskalí, na něž Tereza Verecká při své tvorbě naráží. Následně se snaží najít možná řešení těchto překážek právě skrze některé z postupů epického divadla. |
| Translation of abstract | The first part of the thesis is concerned with the phenomenon of epic theatre, specifically with Bertolt Brecht's understanding and development of the notion in his texts. The thesis aims to grasp the essence of how the individual elements and principles of epic theatre influenced the eventual effect of theatre productions and how these elements and principles have been changing the ways of theatrical narration. The thesis also touches upon the issue of how the spectator can be manipulated through theatre. In its second part, the thesis reflects on the authorial experience Tereza Verecká has hitherto acquired and deals with the sum of her dramatic texts. It seeks to name the shortcomings of those texts and also the challenges with which Tereza Verecká is confronted in the creative process. Finally, the thesis tries to answer these challenges and offer possible solutions in the form of some of the methods of epic theatre. |
