| Abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí úrazů u studentů na tanečních konzervatořích v České republice. V práci jsou zahrnuty poznatky, které vyplynuly ze získaných dotazníků, jež byly určeny vedení šesti tanečních konzervatoří. Cílem dotazníků bylo zjistit, jak vedení tanečních konzervatoří přistupuje k oblasti prevence úrazů a jaké možnosti v rámci prevence poskytují svým studentům. Dále jsou v práci použité informace opírající se o odbornou literaturu a vlastní zkušenosti ze studia tance. Druhá část práce se zabývá popisem vhodných kompenzačních aktivit v podobě somatických cvičení, cvičení s pomůckami, a v neposlední řade i zařazením doplňků stravy, které mohou napomoci ke zvýšení odolnosti organismu. V další části práce jsou uvedeny poznatky ze studijního pobytu v rámci programu Erasmus+ v Římě. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor's thesis examining the injury prevention at dance conservatories in the Czech Republic. Thesis is based on information coming from questionnaires, which were answered by the management of the six dance conservatories. The aim of the questionnaires was to find out how the management of dance conservatories approaches to the prevention of injures and what options they offer to their students in terms of prevention. Further part is based on scholarly literature and practical experience from my dance studies. The second part of the thesis describes suitable compensatory activities in the form of somatic methods, cross training, training with aids and other activities which can help to increase the body's endurance. In the next part of the thesis are presented findings from the Erasmus study stay in Rome. |
