| Abstract | Tato disertační práce poskytuje široké spektrum informací pro potenciální interprety renesanční loutnové hudby na kytaru, se speciálním zaměřením na kompozice Johna Dowlanda. V úvodu je zaměřena na vývoj vokální hudby a její vliv na vznik a vývoj hudby instrumentální v průběhu renesance, včetně tvorby pro loutnu. Životopis a stručný pohled na dílo Johna Dowlanda pak přibližuje čtenáři tuto významnou hudební osobnost, jehož dvě fantazie pro sólovou loutnu - Fantazie č.1 a Farwell - jsou hlavním předmětem celé práce. Transkripce těchto dvou kompozic do moderní notace pak tvoří nejzásadnější část samostatných notových příloh. Práce rovněž obsahuje potřebné informace o tabulaturách, způsobu aplikace loutnových technik při hře na kytaru a další aspekty týkající se interpretace loutnové hudby na kytaru. |
| Translation of abstract | This thesis offers a wide spectrum of information for potential interpreters of renaissance lute music on the guitar with a special view on compositions by John Dowland. First it is focused on the development of vocal music and its influence on the creation and evolution of instrumental music during the renaissance period, including works for the lute. The vita and a short view on the whole musical work of John Dowland introduce to the reader this very special person, whose two fantasies for solo lute - Fantasie No.1 and Farwell - are the main subject of this thesis. Transcriptions of both these compositions into modern notation are the most important part of the extra attachments. The thesis includes also necessary information about tablature, the way of dealing with lute techniques on the guitar and other aspects concerning the interpretation of lute music on the guitar. |
