| Abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tematickými průsečíky v dílech Karla Čapka a dramatiků řazených k hnutí teatro del grottesco. To je časově vymezeno lety 1916–1926, geograficky pak Itálií. V první kapitole se budu zabývat osobností Karla Čapka; nastíním jeho životní příběh a obecně shrnu dramata, kterých se bude pozdější analýza týkat. Jedná se zejména o hry, které spadají do uvedené časové periody, tedy: Loupežník, Ze života hmyzu, R.U.R., Věc Makropulos a Adam Stvořitel. Následně představím teatro del grottesco, jehož autory jsou: Luigi Chiarelli, Massimo Bontempelli, Enrico Cavacchioli, Luigi Antonelli a Pier Maria Rosso di San Secondo. Stěžejní kapitoly této diplomové práce, které uvedu kapitolou o tematologii, se věnují styčným tematickým bodům, které se po důkladné analýze zkoumaných dramat vyjevily. Jsou to témata primárně související s maskou, loutkou a pohádkou, mezi nimiž se objevilo velké množství dílčích, ale také obecných témat. V závěru práce se věnuji toposu. |
| Translation of abstract | This thesis deals with the thematic similarities in the work of Karel Čapek and the authors of Italian Grotesque Theatre from 1916-1926. The first chapter presents the personality of Karel Čapek, his life’s story and the plays later analysed in this thesis. This means specifically the plays later analysed in this thesis, which are: The Outlaw, R. U. R., The Insect Play, The Makropulos Case, Adam the Creator. Furthermore, I will present Italian Grotesque Theatre authors and their work, particularly, Luigi Chiarelli, Massimo Bontempelli, Enrico Cavacchioli, Luigi Antonelli a Pier Maria Rosso di San Secondo. The main chapters of this thesis reveal thematic similarities between the Italian Grotesque plays and Čapek’s work. The thesis finds correlations regarding to masks, puppets and fairy tales. I present similarities found in universal issues as well as more concrete ones. In concluding the last chapter, I am not only touching the topic, but also the places similar in both groups of plays. |
