| Abstract | Počátkem byla polární noc na Islandu. ostrov, na něm tma, v ní sníh, v něm stopy; kolem ucha letí koule. potom jsem házela kameny do vody, padaly tam tak lehce. potkala jsem racky; tančili. hledají jak plout, aniž by se usadili. 1 plus 1 jsou 2 a někdy jedno. tuto videobáseň jsem dokončila už za polárního dne; s pomocí dřevěných postaviček z dětství. šlo to samo, chci říct: zdál se mi sen jak film sestříhat. začíná tady a končí... (je kraj, kde by se mlha dala krájet) |
| Translation of abstract | The begining was a polar night on Iceland. The island, darkness and snow in the middle of it. Traces in the snow. There is a snowball flying next to my ear. Afterwards I threw stones into water, softly falling down. I met there dancing seagulls. They were looking for a flow, without settling down. 1 plus 1 is 2 and sometimes unity. I finished this videopoem during a polar day, wooden marionettes helped me with it. It worked on its own, or: I mean that I had a dream about the final cut. It begins here and finishes... (there is a place where you can cut the fog). |
