| Abstract | Tato práce pojednává o počátcích, vývoji a současnosti pražského houslařství a jeho největších osobnostech. Praha byla vždy významným kulturním centrem v srdci Evropy a nejinak je tomu v oboru houslařství. Nástroje pražských houslařů jsou žádané po celém světě a dělají tak čest našim domácím mistrům. Mou motivací bylo podrobněji zmapovat tvorbu jednotlivých osobností houslařství v Praze. Cílem této práce je obeznámení čtenáře s historií tohoto významného národního řemesla. |
| Translation of abstract | This thesis deals with the origins, development and present state of violin making in Prague and its most important personalities. Prague has always been an important cultural center in the heart of Europe, and it is the same in the field of violin making. Instruments made by violin makers of Prague are in demand all over the world and give credit to our national craftsmen. My motivation was to map the work of important figures of violin making in Prague. The aim of this work is to acquaint the reader with the history of this important national craft. |
