| Abstract | Bakalářská teoretická práce s názvem Fan fiction se zaměřením na fenomén Mary Sue se zabývá fanouškovskými literárními texty primárně vycházejícími z již existujícího díla. Tento text si klade za cíl představit historii fan fiction, její specifika a vztah autora původního díla k pisateli fanfikce. Nastíněna je i právní problematika ohledně legality samotných fan fiction povídek. Hlavní pozornost je ale věnována konceptu "příliš dokonalé hrdinky", která se často objevuje ve fanouškovských textech. Ve světě fan fiction se tato postava, jež je leckdy čtenářsky "k nesnesení", označuje jako Mary Sue. Nejdůležitější rysy tohoto fenoménu budou prakticky ukázány na třech českých fanouškovských povídkách ze světa Harryho Pottera. Na jejich základě dojde i k subjektivnímu vymezení tří základních typů Mary Sue. |
| Translation of abstract | The thesis Fan fiction and the "Mary Sue" phenomenon is concerned with the iterary text written by fans, primarily based on already existing work. This work wants to introduce the history of fan fiction, the specifics of this genre and the relationship between the author of the original work and the fan fiction writer. The legal issues surrounding the fan fiction is also outlined. The main focus is, however, devoted to the concept of the "overly perfect heroine", which is often present in fan works. In the realm of fan fiction, the name Mary Sue is used for this type of character, which is often perceived as "unbearable" for the reader. The most significant characteristics of this phenomenon will be shown on three Czech fan stories from the Harry Potter universe. Subjective definition of the three basic types of the Mary Sue character will be defined on the basis of these stories. |
