AbstractIn this thesis, I focused on George Frideric Handel's cantata "Ero e Leandro". At first, I define the opera, cantata and oratorio, as well as compare the works, the development of the cantata as a music form, also about composer's impacts on his life and making a music creation. And as the main part of my bachelor thesis, I outlined the content and the music analysis of the cantata that I have chosen. The aim of my work is to present and reflect the cantata which I had been singing.
