| Translation of abstract | This master thesis focuses on Robert Schumann's piano works in particular. Its main purpose to describe the composer's contribution to the development not only of classical music, but also of the arts, and to the 19th century, intellectual world in general. As regards detailed analysis, only Schumann's op. 16 Kreisleiana, one of the composer's best pieces, is analysed here. |
