| Abstract | Práce nejprve mapuje současnou praxi v tvorbě fermanu jako hlavního pracovně-organizačního dokumentu v divadelním prostředí. Zabývá se formou uveřejňování informací v něm a jejich další distribuci zainteresovaným osobám. Dále navrhuje způsoby přechodu na tvorbu a správu agendy fermanu online. Popisuje a hodnotí stávající nabídku systémů na správu a sdílení agendy ať již jsou nebo nejsou primárně určeny pro divadelní provoz. V poslední části práce definuje návrh funkčního modelu systému Ferman online ? Online systému na správu a sdílení pracovních úkolů a volného času v divadelním prostředí. Definuje systém, popisuje jeho funkci, představuje jeho uživatelské přístupy a jejich možnosti, ukazuje jeho možné současné a budoucí použití. Závěrem mapuje náročnost zavedení systému, zmiňuje právní otázky spojené s jeho vývojem a použitím a nakonec nastiňuje reálnost jeho použití. |
| Translation of abstract | Work first describes the current practices in creating Ferman as the main labour organization document in a theatre environment. It deals with the form of information disclosure in it and its further distribution to interested parties. It also suggests ways to transition to the creation and administration of the Ferman online. It describes and assesses the existing offer of systems for managing and sharing agendas, whether or not are they intended primarily for theatre environment. The last part defines the design of a functional model of system Ferman online - Online system for tasks and leisure time management and sharing in the theatre environment. The thesis defines the system, describes its function, a user's attitudes and their options and shows its options in current and possible future use. Finally, mapping the difficulties of the system implementation refers to the legal issues associated with its development and use, and finally outlines the feasibility of its use. |
