| Abstract | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá prací divadelního lektora v českém prostředí, představuje specifika i úskalí této profese a mapuje a popisuje příklady divadelních lektorů ve vybraných divadlech na území republiky. Teoretická část práce se zabývá proměnou funkce divadla a změnou role diváka. Dále se zabývá vztahem mezi výchovou a umění a možnostmi uměleckého lektorství, vymezením pojmu divadelní lektor a jeho možností práce. Praktická část se zabývá popisem vybraných konkrétních divadel a jejich edukačních aktivit. Na závěr je popsána autorčina praktická zkušenost v Divadle pod Palmovkou. |
| Translation of abstract | This thesis focuses on the work of the pedagogue of educational department in professional theatre in Czech republic, introduces the specifics and obstacles of the profession and uses examples of chosen pedadogogues of educational departments of theatres throughout Czech republic. The theoretical part discusses the changing role of theatre and its audience. Furthermore, it focuses on the relation between education and art, artistic lectorship, specification of the term "pedagogue of education department" and its position within the field. The practical part focuses on description of selected theatres and their educational activities. Authors´s actual experience in Divadlo pod Palmovkou is described in the final section. |
