| Abstract | Romové jsou v Čechách tradičně oblíbeným tématem nejen ve fotografii, především dokumentární. Toto téma je lákavé svou exotičností a zároveň lehkou dostupností. Největší důraz je kladen na práci v pramenném výzkumu. Zaměřili jsme se na fotografy či fotografky dvacáteho a jednadvacátého století, kterých se tato tématika zásadně dotkla - ať už na ní pracovali dlouhodobě a nebo se objevila pouze v jediném z jejich souborů. |
| Translation of abstract | Romani people have been a popular subject of Czech photography, mainly the documentary one. This theme is very attractive both by its exoticism and availability. The focus was mainly in the research of sources. We targeted the photographers of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries for whom this theme was crucial - whether they dealt with it on a long-term basis or it appeared in just one of their series. |
