| Abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou Bodyform paní Veroniky Iblové. První část obsahuje několik podčástí, kterými jsou: osobnost paní Iblové v podobě životopisu, vývoj a vznik metody a krátký náhled do anatomie lidského těla. Tato anatomická část se skládá z popisů kostí, kloubů a svalů, jež jsou pro metodu klíčové a je doplněna též o názorné fotografie. Druhá část se pak věnuje již samotným popisům jednotlivých cvičení, které jsou taktéž doplněny o fotografie. Každé z popisovaných cvičení obsahuje hudební rozložení ve formě rozdělení na jednotlivé takty, dále je u každého ze cviků uveden jeho význam a v neposlední řadě správné provedení. |
| Translation of abstract | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a comprehensive overview of the Bodyform method created by Mrs. Veronika Iblová. The first part contains several subsections, which are: a biography of Mrs. Iblová, the development, and origin of the method and brief insight into the anatomy of the human body. This anatomical part consists of descriptions of bones, joints and muscles, which are essential to the method and is also supplemented by illustrative photographs. The second part deals with the descriptions of individual exercises, which are also supplemented by photographs. Each of the described exercises contains a musical layout in the form of a division into individual measures, then each of the exercises is given its meaning and, last but not least, the correct execution. |
