| Abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá technickou produkcí festivalů v kultuře. Stručně popisuje historii, definici pojmů, organizační strukturu, plánování a realizaci projektu v rámci projektového managementu a možnost aplikace teoretického základu projektového řízení pro praxi. Teoretická část popisuje dané postupy projektového managementu a také ideální postup technické produkce v praxi, vytvoření itineráře akce, časového harmonogramu, rozpočtu, registru rizik, jejich analýzy, pojištění a BOZP. Ve třetí kapitole Rozhovory s technickými produkčními nalezneme rozhovory s konkrétními technickými produkčními, kteří popisují jak aplikace teoretického základu funguje v praxi. Z rozhovorů vyplynulo, že nepostupují přesně podle příruček pro projektový management, ale vycházejí ze svých zkušeností a praxe. |
| Translation of abstract | The bachelor thesis deals with the technical production of cultural festivals. It briefly describes the history, definition of terms, organizational structure, project planning and implementation within project management and the possibility of applying the theoretical basis of project management in practice. The theoretical part contains a description of the project management procedures and describes the ideal procedure of technical production in practice, especially the creation of the event itinerary, time schedule, budget, risk register, their analysis, insurance and health and safety. The third chapter Interviews with technical managers describes how the application of the theoretical basis works in practice. The interviews showed that technical managers do not follow exactly the manuals of project management but they proceed according to their experiences and best practices. |
