| Abstract | Bakalářská práce Corrida de toros: hra, sport, rituál nebo divadlo? se zabývá španělskou tradicí býčích zápasů. Tento fenomén se pokouší nahlédnout na základě konceptů Performančních studií Richarda Schechnera. V první části práce autorka poukazuje na styčné body koridy s hrou, se sportem, s rituálem, s uměním a s divadlem a pokouší se pomocí těchto analogií jev uchopit a přiblížit. V druhé části práce vychází z vlastní divácké zkušenosti a výpovědí obyvatel Španělska a vymezuje polohu corridy de toros na Schechnerově performančním kontinuu. Díky konceptu performančního kontinua můžeme pozorovat proměnlivost fenoménu koridy při pohledu z odlišných perspektiv a uvažovat šířeji o hranicích mezi různými lidskými aktivitami. |
| Translation of abstract | Bachelor’s thesis Corrida de toros: game, sport, ritual or theatre? deals with the Spanish tradition of bullfighting. It attempts to explore this phenomenon on the basis of the concepts of Richard Schechner's Performance Studies. In the first part of the work, the authoress refers to the points of contact with play, sport, ritual, art and theater and she tries to grasp and expound this phenomenon using these analogies. The second part of the thesis is based on the spectator experience and testimony of the inhabitants of Spain and the authoress defines here the position of corrida de toros on Schechner's performance continuum. Thanks to the concept of the performance continuum, we can observe the variability of the phenomenon of corrida from different perspectives and consider the boundaries between the various human activities more broadly. |
