| Abstract | Tato diplomová práce řeší systém a tvorbu kulturní politiky v Estonsku. Cílem bylo zjistit její specifika a přínosy pro rozvoj kultury, inovací a státu jako takového. Vzhledem k šířce tématu a nutnosti ukotvit ho v reálných základech je v práci nejdříve zpracovaná teoretická část, zahrnující historii estonské republiky z hlediska kultury a definici důležitých pojmů, po které následuje rešerše nejdůležitějších vládních dokumentů kulturní politiky, v poslední části se pak práce věnuje fungování divadel v tomto systému. V závěru jsou shrnuty výhody i nevýhody estonského přístupu k tvorbě kulturní politiky. |
| Translation of abstract | This diploma thesis deals with the system and creation of cultural policy in Estonia. The aim was to find out its specifics and benefits for the development of culture, in-novation and the country as such. Considering the width of the topic and the consequential need to anchor it in real foundations, the thesis first aims to describe the theoretical background, covering the history of the Republic of Estonia in terms of culture and definition of important terms, followed by a search of the most important government cultural policy documents. The thesis further describes the functioning of theatres in this system. The thesis concludes with the summary of the advantages and disadvantages of the Estonian approach to cultural policy-making. |
