| Abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohybovým systémem Continuum training system. Popisuje jeho základní charakteristiky, principy, strategie a nástroje. Seznamuje s tímto systémem a uvádí ho do souvislosti s lidským tělem – konkrétně kontinuem fasciální tkáně. Tato souvislost slouží jako odpověď na autorčinu otázku a stává se možností přiblížení se problematice Continuum training system čtenáři bez fyzické zkušenosti s daným systémem. Poslední část práce popisuje vlastní zkušenost autorky s Continuum training systemem. Cílem bakalářské práce je představit poprvé v českém jazyce Continuum training system. Vedlejším cílem je vytvoření souvislosti mezi Continuum training system a kontinuem fasciální tkáně, a opdovědět tak na položenou otázku. Práce je zaznamenáním informací z verbálního sdělení, rešerší odborné literatury a vlastních praktických zkušeností. |
| Translation of abstract | The bachelor thesis deals with the motion system Continuum training system. It describes its basic characteristics, principles, strategies and tools. It introduces this system and connects it to the human body - specifically the fascial tissue continuum. This connection serves as an answer to the author's question and becomes a possibility to approach the issue of Continuum training system without the physical experience of the system. The last part describes the author's own experience with Continuum training system. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce Continuum training system for the first time in Czech. The secondary goal is to establish a connection between the Continuum training system and the fascial tissue continuum, and to answer the question. The thesis is a recording of information from verbal communication, literature search and own practical experience. |
