| Abstract | Bakalářská práce "Brotherhood - Úvahy nad filmováním radikalismu zevnitř: bosenský případ" se zabývá otázkou přístupu k uzavřené radikální komunitě z pohledu režiséra dokumentárních filmů. Nabízí empirickou analýzu případu natáčení bakalářského filmu Brotherhood, celovečerního dokumentárního filmu o třech dospívajících bratrech v Bosně, jejichž otec je radikální kazatel, usvědčený z islámského terorismu. První část práce se soustředí na geopolitický kontext, do nějž je film zasazen, což je zásadní pro porozumění závažnosti fenoménu náboženského extrémismu. Druhá část posuzuje režijní metodu užitou při natáčení filmu a abstraktně i konkrétně analyzuje otázku přístupu. |
| Translation of abstract | The BA thesis Brotherhood - Reflections on filming radicalism from the inside: a Bosnian case deals with the delicate question of accessing a secluded radical community from the perspective of a documentary director. In particular, it analyses the empirical case of filming the graduation film Brotherhood: a coming-of-age feature documentary about the story of three Bosnian brothers whose father is a convicted Islamist terrorist and radical preacher. The first part of the thesis is focused on the geopolitical context in which the film is set, which is fundamental to comprehend the extension of the phenomenon of religious extremism. The second part investigates the method used in the process of making the film, analysing in an abstract first and concrete later the question of access. |
