| Abstract | Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl zmapování oblasti pracovních úrazů a nemocí z povolání v divadelním provozu, dále zjistit jaká jsou v tomto provozu specifika, jaká jsou rizika či příčiny, nebo které profese jsou ohroženy vznikem pracovního úrazu či nemocí z povolání nejvíce. Zároveň je cílem práce vytvoření ucelené studie současného stavu a jakéhosi návodu, který může být nápomocen při řešení vzniklého pracovního úrazu nebo nemoci z povolání. Práce se vzhledem k počtu případů zaměřuje pouze na vícesouborová divadla, nejvíce pak na Národní divadlo. Teoretická část práce se věnuje platné legislativní úpravě, výkladu základních pojmů a vymezení předmětu výzkumu. Praktická část poté stojí na rozhovorech s bezpečnostními techniky a dalšími pracovníky divadel a především na konkrétních případech pracovních úrazů a nemocích z povolání. |
| Translation of abstract | The aim of the master’s thesis is to analyze occupational accidents and occupational diseases that can occur during work in the theater field, to find out what are the specifics, causes and risks that can happen within the work or what professions are most likely to be affected by the occupational diseases or are at the risk by the occurrence of the accidents. At the same time, the aim of the thesis is to create a comprehensive study of the current state and a guidance that can be helpful in dealing with a work accident or occupational diseases. Due to the number of cases the aim of thesis is mostly focused on the theaters with more ensembles, mostly on the National Theater.The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the valid legislative regulation, interpretation of the basic concepts and definition of the subject of research. The practical part is based on interviews with security technicians and other theater workers on specific cases of occupational injuries and occupational diseases. |
