| Abstract | Diplomová práce popisuje současné vysílání pro děti a mládež v České televizi a to jak po stránce výrobní a finanční tak i po stránce programové. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. První kapitola se stručně věnuje historii České televize a je zde také zachycen letmý pohled do historie televizní tvorby pro děti. Druhá kapitola se týká nutnosti existence televizního vysílání pro děti a mládež z hlediska zákona. V další kapitole najdeme základní východiska tvorby pořadů pro děti a mládež v dnešní době. Předposlední kapitola popisuje nutnost údajů o diváckém ohlase a dále jsou zde informace o podílu pořadů pro děti a mládež na celkovém vysílání České televize. V závěru práce je zhodnocena současná situace v této oblasti a je zde popsán názor jak by měly pořady a schéma vysílání pro děti a mládež vypadat. |
| Translation of abstract | The thesis deals with the present tlevision broadcasting for children and young people at Czech television and it covers its productive, financial as well as programme side. The work is divided into several chapters. The first one shortly describes the history of television broadcasting as such, the history of the Czech television and briefly the history of the television production for children. The second chapter discusses the necessity of the television broadcasting for children and young people from the legal point of view. Next chapter comments on the main basis, wich are nowadays needed for the television production for children and young people. The last but one chapter is concerned with the necessity to inform of public acceptance and then there are information about what part of the television production for children and young people is covered in the total broadcasting of the Czech television. Finally the thesis sums up the present circumstances in this field and gives an opinion about the way ideal children programmes and their broadcasting should look like. |
