| Abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výskyt nejznámějších a nejčastějších antických motivů v operách napříč staletími, zahrnující příběhy o Dafné, Orfeovi a Eurydiké, Ariadně a Bellerofontovi. První kapitoly se věnují definici pojmu “antika” a časovému vymezení antiky z hlediska historického. Zbylé kapitoly se věnují přímé problematice využití antických motivů v opeře. Vždy je věnovaná celá nová kapitola a podkapitola jednomu motivu, resp. antické báji. Nejprve je popsán děj samotné antické báje a poté uveden výskyt tohoto motivu v opeře a nástin historických okolností v období vzniku dané opery. Pro vytvoření představy o uchopení antického mýtu v ruzných obdobích operní historie, obsahuje tato práce popis děje nejvýznamějších operních děl inspirovaných antickým mýtem. |
| Translation of abstract | The bachelor thesis focuses on the occurrence of the most famous and most common ancient motifs in operas across the centuries, including stories about Daphne, Orpheus and Eurydice, Ariadne and Bellerofont. The first chapters are devoted to the definition of the term "antiquity" and the temporal definition of antiquity from a historical point of view. The remaining chapters deal with the direct issue of the use of ancient motifs in opera. The whole new chapter and subchapter is always devoted to one motif, resp. ancient myth. First, the plot of the ancient myth itself is described, and then the occurrence of this motif in the opera and an outline of historical circumstances in the period of the opera's origin are given. To create an idea of the grasp of ancient myth in various periods of opera history, this work contains a description of the story of the most important operas inspired by ancient myth. |
