| Abstract | Tato práce se zabývá mojí scénografickou a kostýmní interpretací opery českého skladatele Bohuslava Martinů - Julietta aneb Snář. Prezentuji zde své návrhy a celkový postup, v němž jsem zkoumala různé možnosti a principy. Řešení mého návrhu scénografie stojí na principu koláže. Snažím se vycházet z obrazové imaginace, kterou rozvíjel surrealismus. Kostýmy jsem pojala velice konkrétně, bez přílišné stylizace. Při jejich tvorbě jsem využívala možnosti střetu různých individuí z různých částí společnosti na jednom místě, ve snu. V práci se dále snažím přiblížit a analyzovat hlavní téma opery, kterým se stal sen. Zamýšlím se nad rolí snů v našich životech a na základě toho nad motivací jednání hlavní postavy opery. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor’s thesis describes my own concept of costumes and stage design. The work is based on the opera Juliette (The Key to Dreams) by well-known Czech composer Bohuslav Martinů. In this work I present my drafts and entire progress, in which I explore various possibilities and principles that I experienced during the working process. The result of my stage design drafts has roots in principles of a collage. I aim at bringing imagination that developed surrealism. The costume design deals with characters in a very specific way without much conventionalization. The essential inspiration for the costumes is originated in real people. During the making of costumes I exploited the possibility of the clash of different individuals from various society levels at one place, in a dream. These paragraphs attempt to analyse and approach the main topic of the opera, the dream. I explore the role of dreams in our lives and consequently behaviour motivations of the main character of the opera. |
