| Abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena zejména na právní vztah mezi divákem a divadlem. V úvodní části je analyzován právní vztah, tedy dle čeho se řídí a jaká z něj vyplývají divákovi práva a povinnosti. Práce je plná konkrétních situací, ke kterým mezi divákem a divadlem dochází, či může docházet, které jsou porovnány s právními normami, které se na ně aplikují. Součástí práce je také popis dvou konkrétních soudních sporů mezi divákem, potažmo diváky, a divadlem. V některých dílčích kapitolách jsou autorem konstatována doporučení, jak lze případným sporům předcházet, v závěru práce pak nechybí doporučení obecného charakteru, jaké opatření by mohlo napomoci více předcházet sporům mezi divákem a divadlem. |
| Translation of abstract | This master’s thesis focuses primarily on the legal relationship between audience members and theatres. The introductory part analyses the legal relationship, i.e. how the relationship is governed, and which rights and obligations arise out of it in relation to audience members. The thesis is full of specific situations which occur, or can occur, between audience members and theatres, and these situations are compared with applicable legal norms. The thesis also contains descriptions of two specific lawsuits between audience members and theatres. Some chapters include the author’s recommendations as to how potential disagreements can be prevented. The conclusion of the thesis presents general recommendations regarding measures which could further aid in preventing disagreements between audience members and theatres. |
