| Abstract | Tato bakalářské práce s názvem Nadace podporující kulturu byla od začátku tvořena s vizí naplnění hned několika cílů. Tím prvotním bylo prosté popsání fungování nadací, jelikož většina obyvatel naší země sice souhlasí s existencí těchto neziskových organizací, ovšem zdaleka netuší, jak tyto subjekty fungují. Tato skutečnost se mi potvrdila prostřednictvím průzkumu, který jsem v rámci sběru informací provedla. Práce je rozšířena o další pohled, který s sebou přináší rozdělení vybraných nadací na dvě skupiny dle způsobu jejich financování. První skupina nese název ?soukromé? nadace, druhá nadace ?firemní?. Jednotlivé kapitoly se věnují původu samotného slova nadace, přes historii nadací a platný zákon upravující právní normu až po konkrétní příklady dobře fungujících nadací v oblasti kultury. Věřím, že práce Nadace podporující kulturu bude přínosná budoucím čtenářům, kteří by měli díky ní lépe pochopit samotnou podstatu nadací, jejich fungování a poslání. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor thesis on topic Foundations supporting culture was from its beginnings realised with a vision to fulfill several targets. The first one is to simply describe foundation function, as majority of the Czech population agrees with the existence of such non-profit organizations; however they do not know how they work. This fact was confirmed also by a survey carried out during the process of information gathering. The thesis is enriched by another point of view where selected foundations are divided into two categories depending on the way they are financed. The first group is named ?private? foundations, second one ?corporate? foundations. Particular chapters deal with the origins of the word ?foundation?, followed by its history and law in force governing the rules up to concrete examples of well functioning foundations in the sphere of culture. I believe that the thesis Foundations supporting culture will be beneficial to future readers and will enable them to understand the basic principles of foundations and the way they function. |
