| Abstract | V této bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem umění a jeho terapeutickým využitím. Zkoumám, do jaké míry může mít umění vliv na psychiku jedince. Práce se bude soustředit především na specifické arteterapeutické aktivity a angažované umění, které využívají znalostí z psychologického prostředí pro terapeutické a léčebné účely. Cílem je poukázat na umění jako na nástroj společenské změny. Jedná se tak o rozšířené aktivity především z oborů arteterapie a angažovaného umění, které usilují o rozvoj kreativity, motivace a originality jednotlivce. Umění zde také slouží jako potenciální nástroj k přeměně lidského vztahu, jak ke světu, tak i k sobě samému a k ostatním, a rozvíjí jeho emoční inteligenci. Umění lze také brát jako nástroj péče a sebepéče; poznávání sebe sama a svého těla. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou druhů terapie uměním. Popisuje její metody, techniky i účinky. |
| Translation of abstract | In this bachelor's thesis I deal with the topic of art and its therapeutic use. I examine the extent to which art can affect an individual's psyche. The work will focus mainly on specific art therapeutic activities and engaged art, which use knowledge from the psychological environment for therapeutic and medicinal purposes. The aim is to point out art as a tool of social change. These are extended activities, especially in the fields of art therapy and engaged art, which seek to develop creativity, motivation and originality of the individual. Art here also serves as a potential tool to transform the human relationship, both to the world and to oneself and others, and develops its emotional intelligence. Art can also be taken as a tool of care and self-care; getting to know yourself and your body. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of types of art therapy. It describes its methods, techniques and effects. |
