| Abstract | Kytara hraje čím dál větší roli ve světové klasické hudbě. Její význam roste také v Česku – v posledních šedesáti letech se z málo uznávaného nástroje, který navíc ani neměl samostatnou třídu na konzervatoři, vyvinul jeden z nejpopulárnějších nástrojů, který má velké zastoupení ve všech stupních vzdělávání. Stalo se tomu také z velké části i díky osobě kytaristy a skladatele Štěpána Raka, jehož život a tvůrčí dílo je popsáno v této práci. Poznáme autorův život, inspirace, které nabýval na svých cestách, nebo při nesčetných vnuknutích při své životní cestě. V této práci bude popsána tvůrčí činnost programové hudby, inspirovaná pohádkami a nesčetnými cestami skladatele: Song for David, Císařův slavík, Alenka v říši divů, Strakonický dudák, Czech Fairy Tales (České pohádky) a také část rozsáhlého sólového cyklu Terra Australis. Na analyzovaná díla bude nahlíženo nejen z hlediska harmonicko hudebního, ale také filosoficko-kulturního. Přiblížím techniky, které Rak využívá ve svých dílech a nastíním jeho vlastní autorskou techniku pětiprstého tremola. Dodatečně je práce obohacena seznamem všech dosavadních skladeb Štěpána Raka. Pro vytvoření kvalitnějšího obrazu o největších úspěších a stěžejních kompozicích, je tato práce obohacena seznamem všech dosavadních skladeb Štěpána Raka. |
| Translation of abstract | The significant role of guitar in the classical music is getting stronger all over the world. During last 60 years its position has been rising also in Czech Republic: starting from a barely significant instrument that never even had its own class in the conservatory, it has become a widely popular and influential one, getting attention from pupils and students at all education levels. One of the reasons of this substantial change is the work of Stepan Rak, the guitarist and composer, whose life and career are being studies in this paper. While observing his life path, full of travels and inspirations, we will discover its influence on his artistic work and notations. The paper examines his program work, inspired by his travels and fairy tales: Song for David, Císařův slavík, Alenka v říši divů, Strakonický dudák, Czech fairy tales and part of Terra Australis. The pieces will be analysed not only from the perspective of music harmony, but also from the point of philosophy and culture studies. We will get to understand the techniques he uses and his very own technique of the five-fingers tremolo. Moreover, the paper includes a complete list of Stepan Rak’s compositions, which will let us understand his achievements and artworks even better. |
