| Abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje nejen otázce nerovnoměrného rozvržení pracovní doby orchestrálního hudebníka, ale i dalším problémům spojených s provozem operního orchestru. Jako vzorový orchestr jsem si zvolila orchestr Státní opery Praha. Vedle analýzy pracovního řádu SOP se věnuji též srovnání zákoníku práce s požadavky kladenými na orchestrální hudebníky ve zmíněné instituci, základním modelům pracovního poměru orchestrálního hudebníka a systematice obsazování pracovních míst v operních orchestrech i ve smyslu jejich přezaměstnanosti či naopak poddimenzovanosti ve vztahu k objemu jejich výkonů. Svou práci uzavírám závěrečným shrnutím poznatků o rozvržení pracovní doby orchestrálního hudebníka a úvahou nad možným zlepšením situace v operních orchestrech v ČR. |
| Translation of abstract | This thesis presents a question of irregular working hours of an orcehstral musician, but also other problems associatedy with the operation of the opera orchestra. Orchestra as a model, I chose the Prague State Opera Orchestra. Beside the analysis of the employment of SOP also focuses on the comparison of the Labour Code with the requirements for orchetsral musicians in the said institution, the basic patterns of employment and orchestral musician schneme staffing and opera orchestras in terms of thein over-manning, or vice versa undersized in relation to the volume of their performances. His work is ended with a final summary of knowledge about the working hours of an orchestral musician, and consideration of possible improvement in the situation in opera orchestras in the country. |
