| Abstract | Tato magisterská práce popisuje cestu autorky k nacházení a přijetí sama sebe jakožto předpokladu svobodného života, komunikace a tvořivosti. Jsou zde charakterizovány dva procesy učení, které ji v tom pomáhají ? studium na Katedře autorské tvorby a pedagogiky a zároveň individuální psychoterapie. Důraz je kladen na osobní zkušenost a sebereflexi. |
| Translation of abstract | This master?s thesis describes the way the author goes through to find and accept herself which is considered to be a precondition for free life, communication and creativity. Two learning processes that help her are defined here ? studies at the Department of authorship and pedagogy and individual psychotherapy. The attention is focused on personal experience and self-reflection. |
