| Abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá mezníky v kariéře tanečníka na volné noze v současném tanci v Praze. Hlavním záměrem této práce je poukázat na podmínky, ve kterých se v současné době tanečníci na volné noze nacházejí a jak se s nimi vypořádávají. V první části práce jsou stručně objasněna teoretická východiska, která se k dané problematice vztahují. Prostřednictvím analýzy dokumentů a hloubkových rozhovorů druhá část práce podává přehled o kariéře tanečníka na volné noze. Popisuje stěžejní témata, kterými jsou například kariéra tanečníka, legislativa a finanční oblast tanečníků na volné noze. Práce je obohacena citacemi respondentů, které prakticky potvrzují teorii na vybrané téma. |
| Translation of abstract | The bachelor’s thesis deals with turning milestones in career of a freelance dance artist in contempotrary dance in Prague. The aim of the thesis is to point to conditions in which the dancers nowadays are and how they are dealing with them. In the first part of the thesis, theoretical solutions, which relate to the given problems, are briefly explained. Via an analysis of documents and in-depth interviews, the second part of the thesis presents an overview of a career of a freelance dance artist. It describes crucial topics such as career of a dance artist, legislation and financial sphere of freelance dance artists. The thesis is enriched with quotations from respondents who, in fact, are experts on the topic and they practically confirm the theory. |
