| Abstract | Cílem práce je komparace méně známých melodramatických pasáží Mozartovy nedokončené opery Zaide a melodramů Jiřího Antonína Bendy – Ariadna na Naxu a Medea. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem melodramu do období klasicismu. Představuje Jiřího Antonína Bendu a jeho melodramatické dílo, které Mozart prokazatelně obdivoval. Praktická část analyzuje melodramatickou techniku Mozartovy Zaide a Bendových melodramů. |
| Translation of abstract | The aim of the thesis is to compare lesser-known melodramatic parts of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart´s unfinished opera Zaide and Jiří Antonín Benda´s melodramas – Ariadne on Naxos and Medea. The theoretical part deals with the development of melodrama until the period of classicism. It presents Jiří Antonín Benda and his melodramatic work which Mozart evidently admired. The practical part analyzes the melodramatic technique of Mozart's Zaide and Benda's melodramas. |
