| Abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se pokouší nastínit možné komunikační problémy v osobním vztahu mezi režisérem a herci a najít jejich kořeny v psychologii. Zpracovány jsou především situace vzniklé při zkoušení autorského divadla v rámci studentského prostředí na DAMU, a to zejména při zkoušení klauzurní inscenace Nesladim (premiéra 19. 1. 2011). Jedním z hlavních aspektů komunikace je manipulace ve všech svých podobách. Práce se zaměřuje na způsoby vzájemné lidské manipulace, a to jak ze strany herce vůči režisérovi, tak v běžném osobním i pracovním životě. Problémy jsou v jednotlivých kapitolách rozebírány na přímých příkladech z praxe a ze života, doprovázeny socio-psychologickým vhledem do situací. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor thesis attemps to show the possible problems of communication in a personal relationship between a director and actors and to find their origin in the psychology. The thesis is primary based situations that appeared during the collective creation rehersals in a university environment of DAMU, mainly during the rehersals of performance Nesladim (premiere January 19th 2011). One of the main aspects of the communication is the manipulation in all its forms. The thesis is focused on interpersonal manipulation, from actor to director and in daily personal and professional life. The problems are analysed on the examples from direct experience, supplemented with the socio-psychological point of view. |
