| Abstract | Cílem práce je pokus o vyhodnocení účinků dialogického jednání jako jedné z možností osobnostní průpravy. 1) Práce obsahuje rozsáhlé množství sebereflexí semestrální výuky Osobnostní průpravy pedagogů na Pedagogické fakultě JU v Českých Budějovicích. Analýzou těchto reflexí jsou objeveny určité znaky typické pro určitý typ výpovědi. Takto je vyhodnoceno celkem 5 skupin studentů s podobnými prvky v sebereflexích. Práce sleduje i změny počtu studentů v jednotlivých skupinách na základě kvantitativních (např. menší počet studentů) i kvalitativních (růst kondice instruktora) změn. |
| Translation of abstract | This doctoral dissertation attempts to evaluate the impact of acting with the inner partner as one of the resources of personology preparation.1) The piece comprehends a vast amount of self-reflections coming out from Personology Preparation lessons in Pedagogical Faculty, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The analyses of these self-reflections reveal certain attributes typical for certain type of statement. Thus are 5 groups of students with similar components in their self-reflections evaluated. The piece also observes changes in the number of students in particular groups following quantitative (smaller number of students) and qualitative (instructor?s condition growth) changes. |
