| Abstract | Disertační práce Tanec v díle Bohuslava Martinů se v první části zabývá inscenacemi jeho čtrnácti baletů, které byly doposud uvedeny. Následující část je věnována tanečním zpracováním, ve kterých byly použity Martinů koncertní opusy. Závěr práce se věnuje třem operám, do nichž Martinů zakomponoval taneční scény: Voják a tanečnice, Hry o Marii, Divadlo za bránou. Přílohy tvoří u vybraných děl libreta, partitury se scénickými poznámkami skladatele; na přiloženém CD jsou uloženy archivní fotografie scénických návrhů a fotografie z představení. |
| Translation of abstract | The first part of the thesis called Dance in the Work of Bohuslav Martinů focuses on fourteen Martinů´s ballets that have been staged so far. The following part is devoted to dance adaptations of Martinů´s concert opuses. The final part of the thesis deals with three Martinů´s operas which include dance scenes: The Soldier and the Dancer, The Plays of Mary and The Suburban Theatre. The appendices comprise librettos of selected works and musical scores with stage directions written by the composer; the enclosed CD contains archive photographs of stage designs and photographs from performances. |
