| Abstract | Diplomová práce s názvem "Ředitel Národního divadla - vývoj statutu" byla vytvořena primárně jako historicko-badatelské dílo, které pomůže nahlédnout na tuto neodmyslitelnou kapitolu historie České republiky z odlišného pohledu, než bývá zvykem. Samotný základ tvoří statuty Národního divadla, které jsou popisovány dle podobné šablony, čímž vzniká přirozené srovnání vývoje této instituce. Diplomová práce začíná rokem 1929, tedy zestátněním Národního divadla a vrcholí prvním "demokratickým" statutem v roce 1993, resp. jeho novelou v roce 1994. Práce je obohacena o pohled na samotnou historii naší země, jelikož každá kapitola začíná krátkým shrnutím událostí dané doby pro snazší orientaci čtenáře. Neopomenutelnou složku tvoří též právní aspekty týkající se Národního divadla ve vybraném období. Věřím, že práce "Ředitel Národního divadla - vývoj statutu" bude přínosná všem budoucím čtenářům, kteří by díky ní měli pochopit samotnou podstatu fungování této organizace a postavení ředitele v ní v průběhu více jak šedesáti let. |
| Translation of abstract | Diploma thesis "Director of the National Theatre - statute development" was primarily created as a historically-explorational work, which helps to look into this inherent chapter of the Czech republic history from a different point of view that is usual. The very core part comprises of the National Theatre statutes, which are described through similar pattern and thus bring natural comparison of this institution evolution. The Diploma thesis begins in the year 1929, when the nationalism of the National Theatre took place, and culminates with the first democratic statute in the year 1993, or more precisely with its novella in 1994. The work is enriched by look into the history of our country, as every chapter starts with a short summary of given time period for easier reader's orientation. Part not to be also missed is formed by legal aspects concerning the National Theatre in selected time period. I believe, that the work "Director of the National Theatre - statute development" will be useful to all future readers, who would like to understand the basic functioning of this organisation and the role of its director over the period of more than sixty years. |
