| Abstract | Predmětem předložené práce je dílo současného českého umělce Jiřího Davida v časovém úseku od počátku 90. let minulého století po současnost. Důraz je přitom položen na tu složku Davidova díla, která má buď přímo charakter výtvarné fotografie, nebo s fotografií pracuje jako s prostředkem. |
| Translation of abstract | This thesis is looking at the works of contemporary Czech artist Jiří David from the early 90s of the 20th century until now. The main focus of the thesis is the part of David´s work which either uses or is artistic photography. |
