| Abstract | Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá Divadelním spolkem Jiří, jeho historií a působením ve městě Poděbrady. Klade si za cíl detailně postihnout vývoj spolku od jeho vzniku v roce 1861 až do současnosti a zároveň se zaměřuje na vztah mezi divadelním spolkem a městem. Historie Divadelního spolku Jiří je pro lepší přehlednost rozdělena do čtyř časových etap ohraničených významnými událostmi, které ovlivnily spolek i město. V každé kapitole je nejprve nastíněn obecný vývoj Poděbrad s důrazem na kulturní sféru. Dále pokračuje popis činnosti divadelního spolku a jeho významných osobností, přehled repertoáru a spolupráce s dalšími spolky. Součástí každé etapy je také charakteristika prostor, ve kterých Divadelní spolek Jiří působil. Závěrečná kapitola nabízí alternativní náhled na Poděbrady ze scénologického hlediska a pro dokreslení současného pohledu na divadelní spolek využívá výsledky sociologického šetření. Práce je uceleným průvodcem historií a činností Divadelní-ho spolku Jiří a nabízí souhrnný pohled na spolek a město v průběhu 160 let. |
| Translation of abstract | The master thesis deals with the Amateur Theatre Company Jiří, its history and activities in the town of Poděbrady. It aims to cover in detail the evolution of the company from its origin in 1861 to the present and also focuses on the relationship between the theater company and the town. The history of the company Jiří is divided into four time stages for better clarity, bordered by significant events that affected the company and the town. Each chapter first outlines the general development of Poděbrady with an emphasis on the cultural sphere. The description of the activities of the theater company and its important personalities, an overview of the repertoire and cooperation with other companies continues. A part of each time stage is also a description of the places in which the Theatre Company Jiří operated. The final chapter offers an alternative view of Poděbrady from a scenological point of view and uses the results of a sociological survey to illustrate the current view of the theater company. This thesis is a comprehensive guide to the history and activities of the Theatre Company Jiří and offers a detailed view of the company and the town during 160 years. |
