| Abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je deskripce českých i zahraničních pramenů autorského práva a jejich vzájemná komparace s ohledem na celoevropský vývoj disciplíny autorského práva, koherence mezi kolektivními správci tuzemskými i celosvětovými. V neposlední řadě v této práci nechybí exkurz do diskutabilní oblasti nelegálního stahování obsahů autorských děl a jeho dopadu především na hudební průmysl. Tato práce má za cíl objektivně zhodnotit historickou i stávající situaci v oboru autorského práva, porovnat koncepce jednotlivých národních systémů, zanalyzovat prameny této právní disciplíny a také se kriticky vyjádřit k současné ochraně autorského práva v Evropě v kontrastu k celosvětovému technologickému vývoji. | Translation of abstract | The goal of this thesis is the description of czech and also foreign material about the copyright and their correlation with reference to the european copyright developement, correlation between czech and global collective administrators of author´s right. This work includes some chapters about controversial themes, especially illegal download of the author´s crafts with reference to the music industry. The objective target analysis of the historical as well as present situation of copyright, comparation of the national conceptions, analysis of copyright and the critical attitude to existing copyright protection in Europe against global technological developement is the best effort ofthis work.
