| Abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje fenoménu sdílených statků (angl. commons) – v teoretické části obecně, ve výzkumné části v kontextu kulturního managementu. Předmětem výzkumu jsou tři evropské kulturní instituce: Die Bäckerei z Innsbrucku, Magacin z Bělehradu a l’Asilo z Neapole. Jako metodika výzkumu byl použit IAD rámec (IAD framework), vycházející ze strukturálního popisu každé situace a následně porovnání výsledků napříč zkoumanými případy. Cíl výzkumu byl dvojí: obhájit hypotézu, zakládající se na úvaze, že princip správy sdílených statků vede k udržitelné kulturní produkci a rozvoji komunity, a zároveň popsat základní parametry spjaté se správou kulturních sdílených statků. V závěru práce dochází k zhodnocení výzkumu i k osobní reflexi získaných poznatků. |
| Translation of abstract | The bachelor's thesis deals with the phenomenon of commons – from a general perspective in the theoretical part, from a cultural production viewpoint in the following research part. The subject of the research are three European cultural institutions: Die Bäckerei from Innsbruck, Magacin from Belgrade and l’Asilo from Naples. The IAD framework was used as a research methodology, based on a structural description of each situation and then comparing the results across the cases examined. The aim of the research was twofold: to defend the hypothesis based on the consideration that the principle of common goods management leads to sustainable cultural production and community development, and at the same time to describe the basic parameters associated with the management of cultural common goods. At the end of the work there is an evaluation of the research and a personal reflection of the acquired knowledge. |
