| Abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vzniku a užití divadelního kostýmu v inscenaci v Česku. Kostým prochází mnoha fázemi, od výroby po zařazení do divadelního skladu, případně jeho následné vyřazení či další využití. Většinu z těchto fází provází autorská práva výtvarníka kostýmu. Tato práce obsahuje popis vztahu kostýmního výtvarníka s inscenačním týmem, vzniku kostýmu, jeho funkce v divadelní inscenaci a jeho funkce po derniéře inscenace, to vše ve spojení s právy výtvarníka jako autora. Cílem práce je pochopení práce a práv výtvarníka kostýmní výpravy a popsání správného způsobu jejich dodržování. Práce se zaměřuje převážně na činoherní inscenace v kamenných divadlech s občasným komentářem k inscenacím alternativním. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor thesis deals with the production and use of theatrical costume in a theater production in the Czech Republic. The costume goes through many stages, from production to inclusion in a theater warehouse, eventually its subsequent decommissioning or further use. Most of these phases are accompanied by the copyright of the costume designer’s work. This thesis contains a description of the relationship of a costume designer with a production team, the creation of a costume, its function in a theater production and its function after the final performance of the theater production, all in connection with the rights of the artist as an author. The aim of this work is to understand the work and rights of the designer of the costume design and to describe the correct way of their observance. The work focuses mainly on dramatic productions in permanent theaters with occasional commentary on alternative productions. |
