| Abstract | Technika Marthy Graham má již svou osmdesátiletou tradici. Taneční svět se neustále vyvíjí kupředu a chce objevovat nové a nové možnosti jak správně pracovat se svým tělem. Nechci modernizovat techniku Marthy Graham, ale ráda bych nalezla optimální podmínky k pochopení této taneční techniky. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kompenzační a nápravná cvičení, ze kterých pak dále vycházím v základních polohách a cvicích techniky Marthy Graham (floor work). Cílem práce je upozornit na určité nedostatky ke správnému provádění jednotlivých cviků v technice Marthy Graham a příprava tanečníka k lepšímu provedení jednotlivých cvičení a další rozvíjení principů této taneční techniky. Koncentruji se na to, aby se tanečník naučil správnému držení těla se zaměřením na hybnost pánve a kyčelního kloubu. |
| Translation of abstract | The technique of Martha Graham is 80 years old. Dance world is constantly evolving forward and looking for to new options how healthy work with your body. I do not want to modernize technique of Martha Graham, but I would like to find optimal conditions for understanding of this dance technique. Therefore, I want to pay compensation and corrective exercise, from which in turn come out in the basic positions and exercises the Martha Graham (floor work). The aim is to draw attention to some weaknesses to the correct implementation of various exercises in the technique of Martha Graham. Important is to prepare a dancers for the better execution of each exercises and further develop the principles of dance technique. Concentrate on the fact that the dancers had learned the correct posture, focusing on the momentum of the pelvis and hips. |
