| Abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vznikem a vývojem Českého národního symfonického orchestru a Mezinárodním hudebním festivalem Prague Proms, který orchestr pořádá. První kapitola je věnována historii orchestru, jeho významným šéfdirigentům, koncertní a nahrávací činnosti s tuzemskými i zahraničními umělci, a zároveň významným koncertním turné uskutečněným po celém světě. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vznik festivalu Prague Proms a jeho historickou souvislost s promenádními koncerty BBC Proms v Londýně. V posledních třech kapitolách je představena organizace a podrobná dramaturgie tří ročníků festivalu Prague Proms, které se uskutečnily v letech 2016–2018, návštěvnost koncertů a jejich místa konání. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor´s thesis explores the establishment and development of the Czech National Symphony Orchestra and the Prague Proms International Music Festival, organized by the orchestra. The first chapter provides an overview of the history of the orchestra, its most important chief conductors, its concerts and recording activities with Czech and foreign artists, and also its concert tours around the world. Chapter two focuses on the establishment of the Prague Proms festival and its historical connection with the BBC Proms promenade concerts in London. The last three chapters presents the organization and detailed dramaturgy the three Prague Proms festivals, which took place during 2016–2018, the attendance of the concerts, and their venues. |
