| Abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění a interpretace příčin absence profese music supervisor (hudební supervizor) v českém filmovém a televizním průmyslu s využitím metody kvalitativního výzkumu. Ze širokého spektra tuzemské audiovizuální tvorby se práce soustředí na současnou hranou filmovou a televizní tvorbu. Jádrem práce je interpretace dvaadvaceti vlastních rozhovorů s relevantními filmovými, hudebními a autorskoprávními profesionály, kteří působí v České republice. Výsledkem tohoto výzkumu je: kategorizace několika specifických narativů vysvětlujících dosavadní nepřítomnost tohoto oboru v České republice, popsání, jakými jinými profesemi je v praxi funkce hudebního supervizora nahrazená, a také nástin podoby budoucího vývoje. Poznatky jsou zasazené do mezinárodního kontextu s užitím zahraniční odborné literatury a publikovaných rozhovorů s hudebními supervizory. |
| Translation of abstract | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine and analyze the causes of the absence of the music supervisor profession in the Czech film and TV industry using the qualitative research method. From the wide range of domestic audiovisual production, the thesis is focused on the current live-action feature films and television series. The core of the work is the critical analysis of twenty-two interviews, conducted with relevant film, music, and copyright professionals. The result of this research is: the categorization of several specific narratives explaining the present absence of this field in the Czech Republic, a description of how other professions replace the function of the music supervisor in practice, as well as an estimation of the form of the future development of the issue. The findings are set in an international context with the use of foreign academic literature and published interviews with music supervisors. |
