| Abstract | V této bakalářské práci se nejdříve zabývám postavením kultury Neslyšících a v návaznosti na to analyzuji reflexi jejich tématu ve filmovém a televizním médiu. K tomu si vybírám filmy s co nejpestřejším možným záběrem. V práci se objeví analýzy filmů amerického, ukrajinského, japonského i českého původu. Tyto filmy spojuje zmiňované téma, narativní a obrazové postupy se však výrazně liší. Mimo jiné se v jednotlivých kapitolách věnuji tématu estetizace znakového jazyka ve filmech Tvář vody a Piano, vymezuji rozdíl mezi filmovou reflexí hluchoty a neslyšící postavou a srovnávám hluchotu a nevidomost v kulturním kontextu. V závěru komparuji analyzované filmy. |
| Translation of abstract | In the thesis for my bachelor degree I address the place of culture among the Deaf. In this context, I analyze the way movies and TV deal with this issue. I have chosen films as diverse as possible. Therefore you will find in my work analyses of American, Ukrainian, Japanese and Czech movies. Though they all deal with the above-mentioned topic, their narrative and visual process develop in sharply different directions. Particular chapters are also dedicated to the astheticising of sign language in the movies The Shape Of Water and The Piano. I determine the limits between the image of Deaf in movies in general and the image of a deaf character. I confront deafness and blindness from a cultural context. In my conclusion, I compare the films I have analyzed. |
