| Abstract | Tato teoretická práce se zabývá klíčovými aspekty performance a performativního umění v posledním desetiletí, a pozicí nenormativních těl v ní. Toto časové období je zvolené zejména proto, že nastal v tomto desetiletí největší rozmach sociálních médií, která jak budu ukazovat, ovlivnila reprezentaci a viditelnost nenormativních těl a ovlivnila tak i vývoj performance a performativního umění. Hlavní metodologií je zde intuitivní výběr a rozhovory, jak s umělkyněmi*umělci z Česka pracující s nenormativní tělesností v performance a performativním umění, tak osobnosti ze zahraničí, které hrají klíčovou roli v rozvoji tématů těla, queer komunity a nových technologií. Kritický postoj autora textu vychází ze specifické pozice a optiky queer osoby vůči heteronormativnímu uvažování. Text je rozdělen do několika kapitol jejichž názvy si autor propůjčil ze slangu queer taneční subkultury vogue. Tento specifický tanec je klíčovým zdrojem jako historická forma performativního umění, která silně rezonuje v určitých komunitách a za posledních deset let stále roste. Principy tance vogue a některých současných performance jsou reflektovány v popisovaných uměleckých pracích a fungují jako strategie proti heteronormativnímu diktátu. |
| Translation of abstract | This theoretical work deals with key aspects of performance and performative art in the last decade, and the position of non-normative bodies in it. This time period is chosen mainly because the greatest expansion of social media took place in this decade, which, as I will show, influenced the representation and visibility of non-normative bodies and thus also influenced the development of performance and performative art. The main methodology here is intuition, and also interviews with artists from the Czech Republic working with non-normative corporeality in performance and performative art, as well as personalities from abroad who play a key role in the development of body themes, queer community and new technologies. The author's critical attitude is based on the specific position and optics of the queer person towards heteronormative thinking. The text is divided into several chapters, the names of which the author borrowed from the slang of the queer dance subculture vogue. This specific dance is a key resource as a historical form of performative art that resonates strongly in certain communities and has been growing steadily over the last ten years. The principles of vogue dance and some contemporary performances are reflected in the described works of art and function as strategies against heteronormative dictation. |
