| Abstract | Práce rozebírá dva filmy o rodině: Výlet (2002) české režisérky Alice Nellis a filmovou adaptaci Blízko od sebe (2013) amerického režiséra Johna Wellse. Za pomocí analýzy struktury a žánru vycházející z metody od Davida Bordwella a Kristiny Thompson z publikace Umění filmu: úvod do studia formy a stylu a analýzy tématu metodou popsanou v knize Scénář pro 21. století od Lindy Aronson práce popisuje souvislost těchto tří aspektů s rituály spojenými se smrtí a zkoumá dramaturgickou roli rituálů, které film zobrazuje. |
| Translation of abstract | The Thesis examines two films about family: Some Secrets (2002) by Czech director Alice Nellis and film adaptation August: Osage Country (2013) by American director John Wells. Using analysis of the structure and the genre based od the method of David Bordwell and Kristin Thompson from the publication Film Art: An Introduction and analysis of the theme by method described in the book The 21st-Century Screenplay by Linda Aronson, the thesis describes connection these three aspects with death rituals and explore the dramaturgical role of rituals depicted by the film. |
