| Abstract | V práci se věnuji zkoumání určitého období ve své tvorbě, během kterého bylo pro mě problematické tvořit a jakým způsobem může improvizace pozitivně ovlivnit skladatelovo myšlení. Ve druhé části pak pomocí textů Daniela Kahnemana a Edwarda Saratha popisuji určité jevy spojené s kreativní činností a změněnými stavy vědomí. V poslední části se zamýšlím nad hygienou tvorby a popisuji činnosti, které jsem v tomto procesu používal. |
| Translation of abstract | In my thesis I explore a certain period in my work, during which it was difficult for me to create and how improvisation can positively affect the composer’s thinking. In the second part, with the help of texts by Daniel Kahneman and Edward Sarath, I describe certain phenomena associated with creative activity and altered states of consciousness. In the last part, I think about the hygiene of creation and describe the activities that I used in this process. |
